In addition to the listed facilities, each room features a comfortable bed with good quality duvet and pillows; and shower gel, soap and towels.

Food & beverage

Start each day with a choice of full English breakfast (cooked to order), or a breakfast with carefully selected ingredients to suit your taste. Continental breakfast is also available. Breakfast is accompanied by a selection of fruit juices and fresh fruit. Espresso, caffe latte and special teas are also available on request. Packed lunches are available on request. Special diets can be catered for with prior notice.

Travel information

Directions from m4. Coming from the east, the easiest way is to leave at Junction 42 also signposted Gower and follow the road. You will go through Fabian Way (A483) which leads to Oystermouth Road (A4067). At 380 after approximately 5 miles you will see the Leonardo's Guest House on the right hand side. Coming from the west, leave at Jcn 47, take the 5th exit to Carmathen Road (A483), then follow to Cockett Road (A216), then Sketty Lane (A216) which takes you down to a T junction; you are now on the sea front. Take the left to Oystermouth Road (A4067) and after just over a mile, after the second iron bridge on the left hand side at number 380 you will see the Leonardo's Guest House.

With true touches of the Mediterranean throughout, Leonardo's offers 6 basic guest bedrooms with shared bathrooms, and 4 en suite rooms. 5 of the rooms have a spectacular sea view and Wi-Fi access is available throughout the building. Leonardo’s Guest House is ideally located within walking distance of Swansea City Centre and all that it has to offer, including Swansea University, the National Waterfront Museum, the Marina and the new SA1 development. The beach is also just across the road. Leonardo’s is a family run guest house which offers a professional and friendly service where you can be assured of a warm welcome.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. All further older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 15 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible). Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
