Southmead Guesthouse has a good location between Llanelli town centre and the new Millennium Coastal Park. It is within 10 minutes’ walk of the local train station. The Southmead is convenient for Carmarthen and Swansea and is close to Llanelli College and the hospital. Llanelli has many pubs and great places to eat in, as well as fun activities like paintballing and horse riding. There are also some unique fishing spots.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
