Due to treatments taking place around the pool area, children are unable to use the leisure facilities between 11:00 and 16:00. The hotel operates a flexible approach to this policy, depending if packages and treatments have been booked by other clients/guests. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 15 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
